Your email address will only be used by those staff members who can best assist you with the request you have made. We do not sell email addresses, nor will we contact you for any other reasons unless you have made a specific request.

We do not endorse products, services or companies on our site other than our own service. We provide medical information on our site and offer a free service providing tailored information to consumers and health care providers who initiate contact through our online contact form. We also make available our phone number for the purpose of making appointments within our office.

We provide medical information, not medical advice. We ensure the content on our site is accurate. Content is created by our medical staff and also provided through the medical and professional community. All phone calls and consultations will remain confidential as pursuant to the United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). If you were referred by your physician for a genetics consultation, then only that physician will receive information regarding your visit. No other individuals will be notified of your appointment without your written request. If you are calling or use any other form of correspondence to learn more about our Heart and Genes Program, your request will remain confidential.
